Konrad has +10 years of experience, that includes managerial positions in pharmaceutical companies in France, Belgium and USA.

He graduated from Sorbonne University in Paris with specialization in Economics and holds an MBA title. He worked in the pharma industry where he was involved in opening a new R&D center for GSK Vaccines in Rockville, Maryland, as well as optimizing clean room strategy in GSK Vaccines headquarters in Wavre, Belgium. Konrad co-founded a machine learning startup in Poland with solutions used by major retailers in the USA and Fortune 500 companies. It was subsequently sold to a strategic investor, a PE firm.

Konrad is responsible for operations as well as strategic partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders, including pharmaceutical companies, academic centers, investors, technology partners and suppliers.
